Play off your $17 and then go to live support to get your $20.  This is the advice from the rep.

I would say "Enter free with $20 to play in their USA Bingo Room or Get Cracking Slots" is the important bit.  Play bingo in the USA bingo room or their Get Cracking slots and win as much as you can.
