Let me try to understand the chat transcript. Did you play the $25 ND and when your balance was zero requested the remaining through our exclusive? Or did you immediately go to chat before you played?

123 Bingo will change the rules on you, watch out.  They will tell you one thing when you ask in live chat, and then another when it is time to cash out.  You can't tell if your bonus is play money or not- if you ask and they say your winnings are cashable, be prepared for them to take that back when you try to cash out.  Their rules say for cashout you need to have made a one time deposit, but when you cash out, they tell you things like your deposit was a year ago and doesn't count.  I used to enjoy playing there but no longer.  They have $250 of mine that they lied to keep from me.  If they are going to bend their own rules to suit the situation, they aren't likely to ever have to pay anyone what they have won.  If you've had a better experience, that's good.

I got credited my bonus. 25 for sign-up and the rest of it as I contacted live chat half an hour later

with the bonus code from BO70. I than contected live chat again some minutes later because
