  All bingo sites that I have played on line are the exact same, they have BBz/CASH and once you request a withdrawal your BBz account resets to ZERO.  When I was a rookie (lol) SO many times when I went to withdrawl I would see the reminder' "any money in the bonus account will be forfeited" and I would change my mind about my withdrawal and give ALL my winnings back!! (including any bonus money)  With a little discipline I have learned not to give a @@@@ about the bonus (free,play) money and withdrawal my CASH!! hehe 

  Also, remember that your winnings are in cash.  If you continue to buy cards after you WIN, they are purchased using the "cash" account first and once the cash is gone the BBz kick in. I learned that the hard way too.
