Here's a nice laugh.  My money's not cashable, so I figured I'd blow it on slots, nothing else to do.  So OF COURSE, what happens?  This:

Yes, I did, and the withdrawals dept. emailed me saying it was declined because it was from a bonus.  I also sent in my docs and suffered through the verification of my phone number, which was a ploy to get me to deposit and call Adam123 when I could deposit so he could fill me up with bonus money.  And they've called since trying to get me to deposit. 

 

they put the $100 back into my account, but did NOT put in the "bonus" money that they took away when I made the withdrawal request.  Very bad stuff.  I liked 123Bingoonline.  I'm very skeptical now and that's not where I would deposit.  Everyone else can make their own decision as I'm sure they must be paying someone.

I still don't understand. You have deposited before right? That's why you get $100 of it. Your deposit was for more bonus, and you'd have to playthrough or the new bonus. But if you don't take the new bonus you still have to deposit to take out the $100, soyou playthrough once for your deposit?. Buit if you have deposited before can't you just take out the $100? I think that $100 is already yours.

    I won on free $5 from scratcher , got a bingo for $100. It was my first time and free chip, and allowed $50. When I was ready to deposit, it was confusing and support was worse than I . They told me I was only going to get $25 since thats all I was depositing. I was told $50 before. Support must have been talking about a match bonus on my deposit, that I didn't even want. If I deposited $25 to have a grand total of $75 to withdraw I would only have to playthrough the $25 deposit once. If I took bonus, have to playthrough alot more. I think you should find out if that $100 is yours already/ or what do you HAVE to do to take it out.

Yes, I have deposited before.  I also went to live chat before playing at all and asked if the facebook bonus was one where the winnings are cashable.  They said yes, it is.  Unfortunately, my internet connection was suddenly lost and I have no copy of the chat with them (though I am sure they have a transcript of what was said). 

There was no new deposit involved.  They had that ongoing facebook thing where if you commented, you got a small bonus, which varied from $1 to $100.  Nobody here has told me if they were told if that bonus was one where they could cash out, or one which is fun money.  OF COURSE THE $100 SHOULD ALREADY BE MINE.

 

When the "withdrawals department" sent me the denial of withdrawal email they said it was because I had won the money with a free bonus.  The in another paragraph they said and besides that, my last deposit was over a year ago.  Nowhere in their rules does it put a time limit on the last deposit.  NOWHERE.  In fact, it says all that is needed is a "one time deposit" of at least $20. (maybe it's $25, regardless, I had met that requirement).

So I had more than $100 in the account when I requested the $100..  Technically they should have put ALL of that money back into my account after denying my withdrawal, not just the $100.  Not that it matters.  They declared it "for fun" money anyway.  And of course, within minutes of starting to play it down to zero, my balance was up to $250.

I have quit playing here.  They can kiss my *ss.

 

I can't take out the $100, and so I can't take out the $250 either!  They denied me.  They also lied and bent the truth.  They also didn't honor what their own rep told me about the bonus I received.  It wasn't a deposit bonus, and the rules were so unclear.  That's why I asked first before getting into the situation I got into!

  Next time I get a call I'll be sure to mention what happened to a dear friend. I'll find your name in pms
