I found none, but a pop up message,

No Taaaa, not that bonus. The one you mentioned, you have to make a deposit. The one I mentioned, they credit your account automatically. And even if you have never deposited in the past, you should still receive it.

That makes me so so mad helwin.. the way they do things without investigating or even asking you.. just straight accuse, he straight accused you... its not fair.. and i KNOW this happens to alot of people on wireless networks.. these accounts they are going to disable could be unsuspecting people that are just as innocent as you are trying to log in only to find their accounts disabled and have no idea why or whats going on..

I also got a scratchcard where I won a free entry into the slots tournament.  Live chat not only refused to give it to me, they also accused me, and I am a big depositor there.  i was so mad I emailed support a nasty email telling them to credit the tourney or close my account.  A total ripoff

well, what the heck is going on with 123 Bingo.. this is terrible feedback of incidents and treatment and it comes from DEPOSITORS..they should be considered the most valuable, disabling accounts, saying no such bonus ignoring chat sessions or disconecting, threatenin to disable accounts IF a deposit is not made, denying withdraws for whatever reason they want, constantly confused about players deposit and withdraw situations, uuuh

  At least now shouldn't have to worry about them acallin' again!

haha helwin.  so I got an email from them 2 days ago saying if I send in my documents AGAIN I can claim doc100 code and get a free $100.  So I did it, I rescanned my ccds, filled out the authorization forms, and faxed it all to the number they said.  I waited an hour and went to claim they told me they couldn't read my docs and i had to resend, plus they wanted a scan of a card I haven't used in a year. I tried it again, they said the same thing.  This time, I was livid.  I am truly completely through with them, I just thought the hundred bucks would be fun for a bit but nope.  So mad at 123bingo
