I played on this site last night and still had 37 dollars in my account and it is still showing today, but it won't let me in to play it says I have already reached my reload limit for today even though I didn't hit reload.

Is anyone else having problems with this website? When I log in it tells me to reload my money but it doesn't do anything. If I click on the little bee to go to the bingo room nothing happens. I have contacted help via a ticket and they answered one of them but it was only to tell me how to go to the bingo room. That is not the problem, I know to click play a game then click the bee, it must be a technical problem on their end since I don't have a problem on any other site.

Hey Deb, Try deleting temp internet files from your computer hun, this helps me sometimes.  Or is your pop up blocker on??

I didn't check my pop up blocker. Does it need to be turned off? I really like this site. I can't believe I'm having so many problems getting on to play. It is the only bingo site I have had a problem with. I clear my temp Internet files everynight when I get off my computer so I will check my pop up blocker.

I have opened 2 tickets with the help desk and they answered but they think I'm not clicking on the right item to enter the room. I am doing everything they told me, it just isn't working for me.I had no problems playing the night before then all of a sudden nothing. Maybe it is my ISP, anyway thanks for your help.

DEB ARE YOU USING EXPLORER OR A DIFFERENT BROWSER, I FOUND I CAN'T PLAY SOME BINGOS ON FIREFOX, BUT THEY WORK ON EXPLOERER ALSO CHECK YOUR FIREWALL SETTINGS
