I can't seem to log in, even sent a help email out and have not gotten a response back.

Ok......they may have modified your username when switching networks, b'cuz the email I got actually informed me that mine had been. I'm sure this is due to me already having an account registered with that username at one of the sisters within the bingo entertainment network.

The modification that was done to my user id was that they added a

--> .1 <--at the end. Just a period(dot) & a 1. U might try that & see if it works 4 u.

Have you entered a code recently? I was thinking they do away with the code box after entering a code. If you haven't used the recent code then I would contact live help.
