Support told me specifically that if I deposit something I can cashout...

At that time when I got in touch with support I had already requested the withdraw but got an email back from them:

Players cannot request a withdrawal on any winnings won prior to the account being funded

Please note that any winnings that you may have won prior to funding cannot be cashed out though you may continue to use those winnings to play.  You may cashout any winnings that you win from the time of funding onwards but not prior to funding.

Although you may continue to play your winnings unfortunately we will not be able to process your cashout request on this occasion.

Sorry for any disappointment.

So that means if you have not deposited before winning on any free bonus you can never cashout a penny even if you deposit after.

I felt it was rogue how live support told me that I could deposit and then cashout since if I had deposited I wouldnt of seen a penny,

Basically they are telling me my "winnings" won from depositing players deposits are void and weather or not I deposit now I wont be able to cashout a thing,

The sad thing was that if I had been able to cashout after a deposit then I would of put it all and more back in to play.
