    i just got to £50 pound from it and support said i cant withdraw it, i met the wager, min withdraw is £50 too, and it says i have to make a deposit first in order to withdraw, but support said this:

     

    EMMA: Any winnings derived from the Free money, promotional Bonus Bucks or Free Cards are not eligible for withdrawal.

    I looked into what they told you and it would appear that the rep was correct. This is from section 6.3 of the Terms and Conditions:

     

    Bonus Bucks or cash bonuses are complementary promotional offers given to players as an acknowledgment of their loyalty, and are intended to increase players playing time only, thereby increasing enjoyment and are considered play money. Play money or any winnings from play money is not eligible for withdrawal.
