  • Hi LBB'ers!

New listing, Money Reels, was recently tested by our very own From the Players for the Players reviewer. This is yet another Jumpman Gaming brand with an array of promotions and games but no live chat. Check out our report to learn about our tester's experience at this online casino, including next-day Visa Debit withdrawal.

    Test Details

    • LBB Tester: DazzlingGems
    • Sign-up date: Tuesday 5th December
    • Deposit details: 5th December, £150 via Visa Debit - £100 followed by £50
    • KYC process: ID, proof of address and card submitted 5th December – initially rejected, later approved on December 6th
    • Cashout date: Tuesday December 5th, withdrawal for £78.24p requested via Visa Debit
    • Cashout received: On Wednesday 6th December, withdrawal of £78.24p minus £2.50p fee (£75.74p), received.

Is Jumpman Gaming-operated Money Reels the right choice for you? If you cannot make up your mind, worry not, as we’ve got something that might help you!

Our tester was tasked to register, deposit £150 via Visa Debit, play some games, and request a withdrawal, to see how the operator performs. She was also required to go through KYC, to be able to cash out.

This very Money Reels video report features lots of helpful info, so stay tuned and enjoy!

    Registration

    Manual and auto registration…

…were the options our tester was presented with upon accessing multi-licensed Money Reels. She opted for manual, as she intended to fund the account via debit card. To clarify, auto registration requires players to link their PayPal accounts so that the data needed for registration can be auto-filled.

    Deposit

Many casinos and bingo rooms have valuable welcome packages for newcomers…

…but our tester declined it when the offer appeared on a pop-up, as she didn’t want to deal with any wagering requirements.

She proceeded to the cashier where she was presented with predetermined amounts of money. The tester wanted to deposit £150 via Visa Debit, so she made two transactions, one amounting to £100 and the other to £50.

The minimum deposit amount is £10. Available deposit methods include Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, Maestro, Paysafecard, Pay by Mobile, PayPal, Neteller, and Skrill. A consumer may add up to 3 payment cards to their account. The only currency supported for all deposits and withdrawals is GBP.

    KYC and Customer Support

As soon as the money landed on her casino balance…

…the tester was presented with a message which required her to complete the ID verification process.

While using the “upload documents section” to submit the ID, proof of address, and card, as required per the Terms, a problem emerged. Despite being clear and without glare, her government-issued driver’ license was rejected.

With no live chat, telephone, or e-mail for reaching out to the support department, finding out what caused the rejection of documents seemed tricky at first. The tester tried luck with the online message form, and surprisingly, received an answer within 2 hours.

Although the estimated time for approval of documents for KYC is up to 48 hours, our tester had them validated the next day, on December 6, 2023, meaning the issue was resolved. Kindly note that the ID verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is made.

    Gameplay

When entering the bingo rooms for the first time…

… players must choose a new username, one that won’t be the same as their Money Reels account name. Home to Diamond Dazzle, Zoom Room, Winter Win A Grand, Country Road, Heavy Weight, 90 Ball Bingo, and a couple more, Money Reels is equipped with an excellent selection of games for bingo fans.

While exploring bingo games, our tester noted a couple of details worth sharing with other players.

No. 1- mini-games cover 50% of the screen until a player decides to remove them from view
No. 2- there are no chat features
No. 3- no free bingo games exist
No. 4- dabber color and shape, as well as avatar, can be changed
Having checked out versatile bingo games…
…the tester wanted to explore some slot games, but when she attempted to do so, the website crashed. The issue was caused by the tester’s browser, not the Money Reels itself, so after relaunching it, she was able to continue playing.
Beetlejuice, Bounty Raid, Deal or No Deal Bankers Riches Megaways, 5 Frozen Charms Megaways, Big Shots, and 99time were some of the slot games the tester played.

    Withdrawal

£78.24p was the sum our tester required to withdraw…
…on December 5, 2023. Approximately 24 hours later, she received £75.74p. The difference in the sum requested and the sum received is the result of the £2.50p fee applied, which is transparently mentioned in the operator’s Terms.

The Terms indicate that withdrawal payments usually take 1-5 working days to be processed to the player’s bank account, so our tester’s transaction was completely in line with the rules.

    Conclusion

Due to the support team’s prompt answer, the minor inconvenience with the rejected document was resolved in no time. No flaws were detected in either of the stages of the investigation, except for the lack of customer support communication options. The good thing is that the site is equipped with an informative FAQ, which our tester also pointed out as a “must-read” for all players.
We hope this insightful video report helped you determine whether Money Reels is the right place for you! More reports with lots of handy info coming soon, so keep an eye on our channel. As always, gamble responsibly!
