In this video report, we bring you details of our tester’s experience with the multi-licensed UK-
friendly Slot Shack. Our tester created the account on November 17, 2023, and deposited via Visa
Debit, after which she submitted some documents for ID verification. Due to chemotherapy and hair
loss, her selfie was rejected, as the photo didn’t match that of the driver’s license, which resulted in
a locked account.
However, after being contacted by the safer gambling team, and going through additional checks,

REGISTRATION
To become a member of Slot Shack…
…our tester filled in a 3-step form, providing some basic information about herself, including name,
DOB, address, and similar. The entire process was finalized without a single obstacle.
During registration, our tester was offered a valuable welcome package, but she declined it as she

DEPOSIT
As soon as she became an official member of Slot Shack…
…she headed straight to the cashier to fund the account. As there was no option to select the
amount herself, she deposited £100 + £50 via Visa Debit. After quick verification on her mobile
banking app, the money was visible on her balance.
To replenish the account, players can use some of the following methods: Visa Debit, MasterCard
Debit, Maestro, Paysafe Card, Pay by Mobile, PayPal, Neteller, and Skrill. Pay by Mobile comes with a
£2.50 transaction fee, the remaining methods incur no additional costs. The minimum amount that

KYC
Once the money was transferred to her balance…
…the tester received a message regarding ID verification. For KYC purposes, Slot Shack players need
to upload their photo ID via the secure link within the account. The first thing to do is scan the QR
code and continue the procedure on the mobile phone.
Our tester uploaded her driver’s license and then her selfie, the latter of which was rejected. The
reason for this was hair loss due to chemotherapy, which resulted in non-matching photos.
She reached out to the support department, explaining the situation and providing an additional
batch of documents. She supplied a utility bill and a photo of her bank card that was used to deposit,
with middle 8 digits and 3-digit security code covered, plus a cancer diagnosis from her oncologist.
A day later, she received an email from the safer gambling team, informing her that her account was
temporarily blocked. Due to our tester’s health condition, the said department wanted to ensure
that this didn’t affect her decision-making when gambling.
Having answered the safer gambling questions, she had her account re-activated on November 19,
2023, meaning she could finally explore some games.

WITHDRAWAL
After implementing a responsible gambling play limit of an hour…
… the tester headed to the cashier to withdraw her funds. Unfortunately, she couldn’t request a
withdrawal due to an unapproved selfie.
In the meantime, an e-mail from the operator arrived, letting the tester know that her account was
fully verified. On November 19, 2023, she made a request to cash out £207.28p via Visa Debit.
Although the confirmation from the casino indicated that the transaction should be finalized within
three business days, the money arrived on the same day. With a fee of £2.50p applied, she received
£204.78p.
According to the Terms, all withdrawals are subject to a £2.50 transaction fee. Cashout methods are
like those listed for deposit, but the availability may vary from country to country. Withdrawals
usually take between 1-5 business days to appear on one’s account.
CONCLUSION
As her cashout request was processed rapidly, we can freely say that Slot Shack knows the true
meaning of the word “efficiency”. The fact that the safer gambling team reached out to the tester
wanting to ensure that she’s of sound mind when gambling shows that “player protection” is much
more than just empty words.
