Jumpman Gaming-powered websites try to make the verification process as simple as possible however, members are required to scan a QR code on desktop or laptop, via a mobile device, which then takes them to a special website on their mobile to complete the process. This wasn’t as easy for our reviewer as first hoped as there were discrepancies between her driving license photo and her current appearance. Support were summoned and it was resolved following a safer gambling check.

KYC Explained

Verifying who you are is required by law and Slot Shack urge you to do this as soon as possible – the quicker you confirm your identity, the faster your withdrawal request will be handled.

Once registered, the first thing you will need to do is confirm your photographic ID. A link will be displayed within your account which you will need to visit first before continuing via smartphone. If you don’t happen to own a device with a camera, you won’t be able to complete this step and verification will be impossible to complete. If you have a smartphone, follow the guides onscreen by snapping images of your photo ID (such as a driver’s licence), before submitting a selfie. Photo ID verification is almost instant.

Next up you need to verify your address and payment method. A utility bill dated within the last three months will be an acceptable form of address.

Payment method verification process will depend on what payment type you use(d) to fund your account. It’s true to say once you’ve seen one Jumpman Gaming website you’ve seen them all, but in terms of design, Slot Shack would win the award for most unique design thanks to it’s fresh appealing aesthetics.

The KYC verification process is not the easiest to complete, especially when it comes to older devices with their not so-up-to-date cameras. Blurry pictures will be rejected and this can be frustrating. The good news once it’s complete, you won’t have to do it again (thankfully!).
