In this video, we bring you first-hand insights into our tester’s interaction with a Dragonfish-powered Lucky Pence Bingo. Licensed by the United Kingdom and Gibraltar, this online bingo room is part of 888 Group. It displays a colorful selection of bingo games, along with a nice selection of slot games from top-class content providers.
Curious to see how efficient the operator is with processing Visa Debit deposits and cashouts our tester, already a member of Lucky Pence Bingo, ventured into the investigation. She deposited £150 via Visa Debit, explored a couple of games, and then requested to withdraw £200.03p via the same banking option. The money arrived two days later, with no fees charged.
Registration
Our tester was already a member of Lucky Pence bingo, so no registration was required for this particular test. To join, players need to fill in a simple 4-step registration form and leave a couple of basic information about themselves, such as name, last name, date of birth, address, and similar.
Deposit
On March 22, 2022, our tester visited the operator’s website aiming to deposit and play some games. She was presented with two options, a deposit via debit card or PayPal. Later on, she was also offered the possibility to use Pay By Phone option, but she selected Visa Debit.
Upon selecting the debit card, the details were automatically prefilled including her name and address provided during registration. Right after that, the tester entered her card number, expiry date, and expiry year before her card was stored on the secure payment system.
She was presented with seven pre-selected deposit values but none of those corresponded to the amount she intended to deposit, which is £150. Having added the card’s security code, the tester typed in the desired amount, and opted out of bonuses by ticking the “no bonus please box”. After authorizing the transaction on her banking app, the tester saw the funds in the Lucky Pence Bingo account.
The minimum amount to deposit is £5. Available options include Visa Debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Pay By Phone.
Gameplay
Lucky Pence Bingo has rooms open 24/7 and a wide selection of games divided into six different categories. Start times, ticket prices, the number of players in each room, the bingo variant, and any jackpots are all displayed prior to entering a room.
Worth adding is that the operator offers some exclusives and less common game variants. These include bonus spins bingo rooms, which combine the fun of bingo with prizes of spins, Suit Up, some sort of hybrid variant of bingo and poker, and Bingo Roulette.
Withdrawal
Having explored some games, the tester made a cashout request on the very same day, March 22, 2022. She wanted to withdraw £200.03p via Visa Debit, the same method she used to fund the account.
Worth adding is that the withdrawal option is available in the deposit tab, under more options.
As far as the notification indicated, her request was expected to be in process within one business day. The email she received two days later stated debit card withdrawals could take between 4 and 7 working days, however, the £200.03p withdrawal was already in her account on March 24, 2022.
The minimum amount for all withdrawal methods is £5. To cash out, players can select Visa Debit card, PayPal, and wire transfer. A punter can request a maximum of 10 withdrawals per day. All players except those from the UK can withdraw a maximum of £5,000 per week but no more than £10,000 or equivalent in other currencies per month.
Regarding the processing timeframe, all methods have a pending period of 2 working days. Altogether, cards are processed within 4 to 7 business days, while PayPal is completed within 4 to 5 working days. Wire transfers require 7 to 10 business days to be finalized.
Our tester didn’t have to complete any KYC to withdraw, but players may be asked to do so. Aside from the usual requirements which include proof of address, front and back copies of ID cards, and similar, the operator may seek notarized documents as well.
Conclusion
It took the operator two days to send the requested sum to her balance, which was sooner than the Terms indicated. Overall, the tester marked the journey as a successful one as she encountered no unpleasant issues with Lucky Pence bingo.
