Initial Deposit
On Tuesday, 22nd March, our reviewer headed to the bingo site to deposit, play both online bingo and games before requesting a withdrawal. The welcome page offered her an insight into the upcoming games, recommendations based on previously played games as well as quick links to various sections.

The cashout request of £200.03p was completed leaving our tester with a zero balance. Progress of withdrawal processing may be followed by heading to the cashier. It states that in 1 business day withdrawals should be processed, which would mean by Wednesday, 23rd March, her request should have moved from received (step 1) to approved (step 2). This was not the case. On Thursday 24th, 2 business days later, the withdrawal had moved from step 1 straight to step 3, meaning her withdrawal was sent to her account.
The email that accompanied the ‘withdrawal complete’ progress report stated debit card withdrawals could take between 4 and 7 working days, however, the £200.03p withdrawal was already in her account.
