  • Hi Fellow LCB'ers - Seems like in the last few weeks between 2 wins (one at Instant Bingo & 1 at Manhattan) I've had some very poor experiences with them and since being with LCB Forums for a long time now, other members on this forum has taught me information about casino/bingo sites I was not aware of, so many of you may know this situation I had with Instant Bingo/Vic-Bingo, but I was not, if I can help on fellow eBayer because I've posted my story here, then I feel it's worth it......This all started on Aug 4, I had a $250 win (found instantbingo because of LCB's Tournament that was held ahwile back & yes..I did deposit). Because I wanted to make sure I completed all necessary steps & got them proper documentation, etc, I contacted Alice @ instantbingo's chat, she informed me what info I needed to send and SHE gave me security@vics-bingo to send all info to. I will not post All emails (appx 20) back & forth I had with them, but long story short(er) I finally get this email from them today:

    Thank you for your email.We can confirm that we have your paperwork on file and valid. Please note that your payout request was declined as per rule 27 in our withdrawal guidelines ( http://www.vicsbingo.ag/bingo-banking/payouts.asp ) - all players that have been registered at the site less than 6 months, must have processed at least 3 successful deposits at the site. Please keep in mind that when it comes to payouts issues, they should be directed to our accounting staff, as we will be more than happy to provide with the most accurate information concerning your account. For the last 10 years that we are in business, we always honored our members’ winnings and we will continue doing so. If there is anything else we may assist you with, please feel free to contact us back.

    So for those who may not know, if you do win at Instant Bingo been a member less than 6 months,  you must have deposited THREE times and make sure you Not only read Instant Bingos rules but VicsBingos, because I didn't see that rule at Instant Bingos Site an not aware I had to go by VicsBingos rules too ......an why after 20 emails and working with them to get all tmy docs to them etc did they not tell me this from the start:'( :'(

    Whoaa.......i had to read your post like four times to really believe what i was reading in rule 27. Forget the fact that it took 20 emails before you were declined.....that's bad enough but what is mind blowing is that another words your first 3 deposits mean nothing if you are a member less then 6 months.

     

    So basically, you just throw your money away without a snowball chance in hell to collect?

     

    Dixie please let me have your user name, approximately when you signed up and how many deposits you did make. If by chance you prefer not to post that info here please PM me and i will look into this.

  • Hi Lips and thank you so very much for taking the time to even read thru this post, i appreciate that and I will PM you the info and i did keep  all the emails if you want to see them. I did only deposit ONE time, so guess you could say that's where they got me =)    But, heck guess because Ive deposited and even won several times at casinos on ONE deposit, I just never thought there would be a minimum times of depositing at any game site for that matter in case you did win?  Vics Bingo did send me a link this morning showing where this rule does apply though at Instant Bingo as well, I guess it goes back to us players just READING EVERY RULE, CLICK every link on these sites from rules, regulations, privacy, to make sure you FULLY understand...as its not the same as going to a landbase casino (or bingo hall) giving them money - playing - hope you win = then collect your money - the end =)

  • Oh, an I probably already said this somewhere in my lengthy email..BUT....back on Aug 4 when this ALL first started, why did they not tell my I was not eligible due to fact I had not made 3 deposits, only 1 - instead (you wouldn't believe it) ALL the documentation pieces they requested from me?

  • Hi Lips, I am posting...again, because first off I want to say I am not trying to make false claims, and what I found this morning was the $250 is back IN my Instant Bingo Account now, and this is the actual rule below that had cause my withdrawel to be denied:

    #27.All players that have been registered at the site less than 6 months will need to meet the following requirements prior to requesting a payout:

    a.Must have processed at least 3 successful deposits at the site.

    b.Payouts cannot exceed $500 over a period of 30 days i.e. one month, during the first 6 months.

    c.The same payment method the player selected for deposits will be used to issue payouts, with the only exception being that the payment method is not available for payouts.

    d.Our free money rules will NOT be affected by these criteria.

    SO, what I am going to do is contact vics-bingo?instant-bingo or maybe send email to both and ask them...IF....I make 2 more deposits THEN would I be eligible to withdrawel? My winnings? 

    And I will post response from them here so others will know.....

    I have already emailed the affiliate mgr and sent her a link of this post early this morn. You should not have to make 3 deposits before a withdrawal can be made. It's ludicrous plain and simple.

     

    Why would anyone throw away 3 deposits before a withdrawal can be made? You Pay, You Play You win, You Paid! Whether it's one deposit or 50 providing NORMAL and REASONABLE rules are followed,

     

    Please send me your info and no you are causing no trouble at all. You are bring awareness to a very unacceptable rule to our members and that can never be wrong.

  • I never noticed that rule either. That's absolutely ridiculous! And to think they made you submit all those documents without letting you know...that's unbelievable and you every right to be upset. What a stupid rule!

     

    Hopefully this can be resolved for you and they will do away with Rule 27! Just hold on for now and lips will do what she can for you Dixie.

    Well, I had to update my post to this fiasco!  After last week or longer? (Can't remember seems like its been long time dealing with this so gamesite and their emails).  They had informed me (after I posted here and Lips contact with them) that all my documents seemed to be in order and to reuqest another withdrawel that would of been for today (as they only process on Mondays).  This morning, I receive this email (copied below)Can you imagine....I know it "states" its a random investigation...should they not change those words to harrassment?  I mean, really.....this has went too far and they are just trying whatever means they can now to NOT pay me, and I do feel it was because I didn't just let it go (as I am sure many others do!)    I just hope some potential gamers to their site read this and see how scandelous this gamesite (INSTANT BINGO  VICS BINGO and Im sure they have more sister sites!!)  are and will consider spending their money somewhere else.

    Lips, I really do appreciate the time and effort you did spend on this situation, but by the sound of this they are going to find some? reason to just not pay. But, I will keep you and the site updated.

    Ok this is really not cool unless there is some real provocation to investigate you which by the sound of it there is none since they consider it "random".

     

    I am going to email the affiliate manager again and ask her to get this settled once and for all. I will also ask her to come here to address this thread.

     

    I am very sorry for what you have been through. Sorry just isn't enough to express these delays.

    Unfortunately those verifications as said are indeed randomly chosen, As such no one can know which account will be chosen for verification. I personally don't like those verifications but I understand the security reasons behind it, and this time I do have to agree this verification came at the wrong time ;D and just when Lips and I managed to change most of InstantBingo rules for LBB members, which was not at all an easy task.

     

    I hope it can help but what I did is spoke to Instant Bingo directly and asked them if the verification can be faster in your case, and once completed and all found to be right (I'm sure it will) not to let you wait another week, and to allow an exception for you to receive your payout right after Verification is done, and they agreed.

     

    They shall contact you shortly once verification is completed,

  • Hello Miss M and Lips, Yes, I agree with the timing if this "random" audit, just with the miscommunication, repeated requests for documentation I had already sent it, and a number of other confusing emails...it did come at a bad time....BUT, with all that's been said and done (Lips and LCB, I do honestly believe that this final approval email below would not of come without your assistance!) I appreciate all you have done and thank you Very much!

  • Hello All!  I want to keep this post on the situation with Instant Bingo and the withdrawel issues updated. As of today, I still have not received my winnings=(   

         

    They sent me the email below on September 2 and it says it will take 12 days? 

    Miss M......Is this the timeline "they" were referring to when "they" agreed to you to allow me to receive my payout right after verification was done? I verified with them on Sept 2??

    We updated your account with this information and you will not have to go through the same process in the future if you choose to withdraw using the same E-Check routing and account numbers.

    I don't mean to be a bother with all this, but it's just very frustrating and unreal as to how long this has went on and I just want any players who decide to deposit and win to be fully aware what type of a hassle could happen to them as well and how long of a process it takes to actually receive your money.

    And, I will continue to keep this post updated, until I can give a FINAL YES I HAVE MY PAYOUT.......and let it be closed  =(
