It looks like 2013 is already taking off running and has almost left me behind! I've not spent a lot of the year on bingo. Haven't been feeling well, with some new issues cropping up that have left me exhausted and uncomfortable but otherwise still in a pretty good mood.
I've still been enjoying the free gifts for all rooms. I've been trying to save up the small winnings and have over $16 in one account and over $12 in the other. Not bad for free! I'll probably spend these winnings on playing mini slots. You never know when the jackpots will hit! I've also had a couple of bingos at New Bingo Billy. They've been good about giving out that free dollar, plus because I was able to make a deposit in December I'm still raking in the extra bonuses this month. Nice.
Today I'm feeling a little better so I am hoping to be able to get my butt in gear and get outta bed. There's a lot I am missing out there in the Bingo World by being such a slug. Time flies by too fast. I'm off in search of more to talk about- happy bingo!

I got $5 from NBB for not winning in the Billy and Friends room during the two free hours of bingo, and also my dollar for the day for a whopping $6 balance. I played in two rooms. One had cards for a quarter and the other went from a penny to a nickle to a dime and then all over again and had 2 parts.
I was down to my last card and won about $18 in the quarter room. Woohoo! Continued to play bingo and also started playing Trolling for Treasures, Get Crackin', and Three Times The Riches. My balance kept going up and up and up!
When I noticed it had grown to almost $120, I got to thinking. Hey. Maybe I can actually cash out. I knew if I could I would only be able to ask for a hundred and there would be a thirty dollar fee. So I opened a ticket and played down to just a few cents over $100.
Turns out since I haven't deposited in the last 30 days I'd have to make a deposit, make a 3.5 x playthrough on that deposit (and any bonus I'm required to accept- I think $50 or 50%) then still take out only the $100 minus the $30 fee for a possible profit of.... $45. That doesn't seem like a lot and I am risking losing the $25 if I am very unlucky.
I still haven't decided, and I'm trying not to think about it. I don't really have $25 to spare. So for now I'm just basking in the afterglow of an exciting winning bingo session and the feeling of anticipation of a successful cashout. ahhhhhhhh....

I'm still having a coin-toss contest in my head, I guess. I had first decided to go ahead and deposit and go for it, then I got to looking at the daily specials and wondered which day coming up would offer the best promos. So I decided no, it was too complicated.
Then I decided to go ahead because I could use the alternate method of depositing and had some money (well, it was marked for other uses but was there). But I couldn't find my card, so decided that was a good sign to not do it.
Then I decided to give a test of could I even win anything more at bingo so I decided maybe I should. But as the balance dropped and dropped I decided no, I shouldn't do it. Then I found myself with over $115 in my account and thought maybe I could win so maybe I should.
I could probably keep this going for a long time. Hopefully I will pay my bills on time or deposit and be sorry or deposit and pay more of them, but late. Who knows? Only thing I am pretty sure I will do is keep building up the balance. If I can get the starting balance high enough to cover the playthrough, my decision is set in stone!

Here's a Chilly's Bingo World special just for you!
I logged into my New Bingo Billy account (you know why) and after a few minutes got my free dollar *and* they stuck another $12 bonus into my account.
Log in and try it. I can't guarantee it's for non-depositors also but it looks that way from the description: Site Of the Year Non Deposit requiered Wendnesday Reward Enjoy!

Still waffling on the NBB stuff. I probably won't deposit. Paying the bills has won out (for now).
On a different front, I'm doing well at Scrabble on Facebook. I have made 25 bingos! I got caught up playing random opponents since my regular opponents weren't in the playing room. I must have played 20 different people from all over the world. I won most of the games, but not all. Scrabble seems to be the one game I can play and I don't care if I have any chance to win money. Or lose any!

I'd recommend the Scrabble app on Facebook. You can invite your friends to play, or you can play a random opponent. It's been a little buggy, but not too bad. You have a nice dictionary you can use, and it gives you a list of all the two letter words there are. It also has a little chat feature. It doesn't always send you a notification when it is your turn to play, so you kind of have to check in and see if you are up. You can nudge players who haven't played in a day or so. If you are impatient, keep opening new games with random opponents when you run out of turns. You won't be bored.

I haven't played Scrabble in years. When I've played the board game players usually accuse me of using words that don't exist :`o
I once tried to play "chewn". It seemed a perfectly good word to me. "I was going to try the chewing gum, but it looked like it had already been chewn." I *Almost* Got Away With It!
