I realize that which is why I went through such lengths to verify that the story was accurate. What I found corroborated the story and I was a bit shocked. This pertained solely to the casino side of the operation, as for the terms and conditions but apparently if a jackpot is won in any amount over $1,000 the casino has written their terms and conditions in a way that ensures there will be no cashout.

Now, while I was not able to verify the amount required to be wagered each month while you had a balance in excess of $500, I was able to find that NO payouts could be requested if an account is idle for 1 month, which coincided with the poster's story.

I look forward to hearing from the Casino Rep on this, because as it stands... it does not look good.

saturn bingo comes close to rogue outfit imho. these terms are only to screw you over, no further explanation about this. its just totally dumb what theyre stating there.

many good rtgs have a rule in their terms to pay random jackpots in full!

or at least in weekly installments.

hopefully you can get the most you can out in the next months but what they do is criminal in my eyes no matter if its stated in their terms or not. if this whole thing wuld be regulated by any authority terms like saturn uses would get your ass out of the biz and in jail asap ;)

next time you should check before with whom youre dealing.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. What a rip off. They probably do this to confuse you, hoping you'll forget, or maybe even pass on!. The worst part tho seems the lack of communication, the excitement and the worry as to what happened to your big win.... When I first played at Top gaming casinos, a couple 2, 3 times my withdrawal was wasted away because I couldn't get a straight answer about playthrough etc. Then when the week came around and withdrawal put back, I 'd make it bigger and then cashed it out.
