    The affiliate mgr was able to retrieve all the user names through the data base. I asked for usernames just to be double sure. I will send her an email and have her look into your acct. As soon as i hear back i will let you know.

    Hi Sweet,

     

    Unfortunately it was from the previous chip that you played. After the promotion was put on hold we restarted the freeroll. All players that had played previously were entitled for another free chip again to be eligible for the contest.
