when i enter code it says contact customer service

yes, i did register via the link from LCB.

I did see this promo and went to the site via your link. then i did create an account there and after that i did post here to get the code. after i  received the code i tried to redeem it in the bonus section there. And then i got the message that i have to contact the customer service, which i did.

This is what i did. i hope i didn't do something wrong? Thanks for your fast help:-)
