Very confused...

After meeting WR ($1000 WR on slots) I looked through terms saying to withdraw winnings from bonuses you have to deposit before playing (Bit pointless as that makes it technically a polished up deposit bonus).

Anyway, I asked support about this...

Angel: If you win the game, you can withdraw the amazing prize providing you have made at least one deposit to CyberBingo.com within the last 30 days.

Me: so even though this $20 was an exclusive bonus for new players via an affiliate... it means I have to deposit before I even played it if I wanted to cashout any winnings? and so no because I have met WR and not deposited yet... the balance cant be cashed out... even if I made a deposit now?

Angel: If you make a deposit, yes, however only winnings can be requested not the deposit amount as well

Me: so can you check my balance and see what I would be entitled to withdraw if I deposited now?

Angel: 60.10

Few things there..... (from what was said in chat) that strike me as very off

$10.50 of this exclusive NDB is never cashable (total balance after meeting WR was $70.60)

If you do a minimum deposit to allow you to cashout, you lose that deposit and can only cashout bonus winnings (minus $10.50 of course)

It also clearly states in terms:

"All wins or payouts exceeding $5,000 must be accompanied by a picture, quotation and a valid photo identification"

When I asked if I would have to hand in ID or not she said:

Angel: That would be up to Accounting...they normally require a photo ID

So lets get this right.... they claim you need photo ID, specifically for wins "exceeding $5,000" as per their terms however according to support they "normally require a photo ID" anyway. (I asked because I only have birth certificate).

The slots are weird. Strange paylines. I played "Games Bond".... a dice bonus always pays less than a single win (I bet $2.10 a spin, triggered that bonus a lot of times with most times only getting 20c return). Had 5 in a row of 1 symbol... paid just over $1... but then I had the same symbol on 1'st 3rd and 5th line and it paid $6+.

I think I wont risk my minimum deposit and will just play the balance... if I get to over $100 then I may risk depositing.......

Oh and its Marcus btw (dont know how many marcus's you guys had here, but I was here a year ago and lost account due to forgetting password and changing ISP email addresses)
