Cyberbingo has not paid out my winnings from February 1st. The withdrawal winnings were approved and sent to my bank on February 6th. I’ve reached out several times and they are not replying in regards to my emails. I won $1300 on February 1st - approved on February 6th but I’ve yet to receive any money. It. I'm really saddened by the excuses Cyber Bingo is giving me. Asking for more days and yet more excuses. Stating they have been in business for 20 years. Loyal customer as myself is how they have been in business for 20 years. But assuring on time payouts is their company's integrity. If there was "issues" with their payouts they should have posted something on their site and reached out as soon as they knew there was an issue. But they did not reach out, ignored e-mails,and have given excuses and stating they need more time. I cannot believe they can get around with giving the run around, and I have to sit back and take it. They do NOT PAYOUT IN 48 HOURS- BEWARE of their tactics.

Really nice site I say they are your average site BUT have a nice layout :)) They seem to have good payouts (though I have never been payed) and they have fair bonus terms: generous bonuses and nice staff! All in all a good site!

i wanted to try CyberBingo. I went onto the chat to makes sure I didnt have an old account there. They said that I did have an account at Vegas Crest, and that Vista doesnt allow players at more than one venue, but to write to Risk Management. I did that, and got back an e-mail saying that it is ok for me to have an account...

I did that, and got back an e-mail saying that it is ok for me to have an account at CyberBingo. I went onto the live chat and the chat person said 'no that's against the rules' . I told him about the e-mail and pasted on a copy. He told me to forward a copy to CyberBingo Support. I said that I had (did it during the chat). He said that my e-mail (the forwarded RiskManagement e-mail) had been forwarded to management, and they'd get back to me during business hours. Seems to be ruining the fun.

Cyber Bingo was the hotspot when online bingo was becoming so popular. It was definitely the place for USA players to play. I played some time ago when it was first making its name in the online gaming community. The gaming platform was different from what they use now which is Vista Gaming I think. They offered multiple bingo rooms and many side games like slots and scratch cards, and there were many chances to earn free money too with the friendly chat reps in the rooms. I deposited maybe once here and didn't really think it was what I was looking for in an online bingo site. I continued to play though with winning chat monies, free bonuses etc. but never deposited more than once with my own money, something just kept telling me in the back of my head that if I was to win big I wouldn't get paid. Throughout the years it changed so much that there are a lot of mixed reviews on the site, good and bad. If you are looking for games variety then this might be the choice for you. They did offer quite a few big paying jackpot games when I used to play quite a bit, but honestly not sure if they still do. I did meet a few nice people there and stayed in touch with a couple of close friends for a while. This is one great thing about playing online, you get to meet people from all parts of the world and establish a friendship that can sometimes be better than in “real” life. One of the things I do know for sure they changed throughout the years is that they put a very high minimum amount if you were to withdrawal. I don't think this is fair especially to players that deposit their own money and are lucky enough to win. When I want to cash out I expect to be able to cash out any amount over a low minimum amount. Overall the graphics of the game and the software is top notch, but the importance of the site which is the banking system need a little tweaking.
