Seems you have not redeemed the code LCB20.  As soon as you redeem it and get your $20 free, you are counted as being in the tournament.

This figure is the total amount of your wins - it is not your balance.  If you got a bingo and the prize was $50 and you had spent $10 of the $20, even though your balance would be $60, your total winnings would be $50.  I hope this helps.

Blue, why are they lying to you?  I redeemed it, but they gave me $30- and I played and did VERY well!  For days.  WTF?  :o  I spent the last twenty five cents from it today!

Well, they have no clue what code was used when I asked for LCB20 and played and played and played all in the USA room and/or Get Crackin'.  I'm not too happy with them and the contest right now.  traccy played for hours-so did I-for days.  Back at the starting line for me.

I tried to redeem the (LCB20) code & was told by (the LC operator) MICHAEL, that I have multiple accounts at bingoflash & if I did not make a deposit  IMMEDIATELY that he would cancel all my accounts.

Well, I told him that I DO NOT have more than 1 account open at bingoflash, but I am a member at both of the sister sites(123bingo & bingoknights). I registered all 3  accounts using the same email add. & username, so there is no way he can tell me my accounts are not legit.

Are they really THAT DESPARATE 2 get players 2 make a deposit??? He was a total JERK!!! I told him 2 stop with his unnecessary threats & that I was going 2 contact management so I could talk 2 some1 that might have a little more intelligence than him.  LOL!!!    THEN I CLOSED THE LC WINDOW......OOPS! I should've saved it 4 future documentation purposes.

Anyways, I did write an email 2 bingoflash support, but so far I have not gotten a response. I even tried calling the 1-800#, but no answer.

Well, that's my dilemma at the moment. Got any suggestions blue?

Oh yeah, I 4got 2 mention that he logged me out just seconds after I closed the LC window. I thought 4 sure that I would not be able 2 log back in, but so far all my accounts are still active. The LC conversation happened b4 midnight last night so there has been plenty of time 4 him 2 cancel my accounts, but so far.....so good. Keepin' my fingers crossed.
