I got the email also, but Kenny at LIve Support told me I couldn't have the free $10 without a min deposit.  He was quite rude.

I received the email also ,went to live help and CHRIS said all is taken care of after I waited and waited ! Then it was never in my account . Went back to live help and No one would answer . So I sent support an email got no answer there also ! Then I sent em a Nasty email saying what they could do my with 10.00 . Told em I'd post here about there treatment !

this is NOT a no deposit offer according to chat but email is very unclear ..got one from bingo flash as well ...same thing you need to deposit...chat completely ignored my complaint about the email being unclear and simply wanted me to deposit and only spoke about that
