Boy, I just tried to claim that from Live Chat - Freddie - and what a bunch of hoops he tried to make me jump thru, trying to get me to deposit.  I finally gave up & just closed the chat window.  :o

Try again, Bingo knights is good at keeping their word on bonuses, in fact yesterday I was collecting the bingo flash scratch 8 dollars in chat because I did not get the email but they give them to me if I ask,  then went to BK to collect OLD20, got the same live chat help guy as Bingoflash lol, guess I was quick in my page turning. Anyways he tried to tell me I could not get the BK promotion as it was one to many in a day. I went back a few hours later and contacted chat and got a different person and had no problem. They always ask you how much you would like to deposit, I just tell then to let me play the free chip first then see what happens from there. Hope this helps, Happy Holidays!
