It sounds so simple. Make a batter and pour it in a waffle iron and presto! A couple minutes later out comes a perfect Belgium waffle! Wrong…….at least not for me. I can make the best flap jacks you ever ate. But when it comes to waffles I mess it up. I either put too much batter and it begins to drip down the sides of the iron or not enough batter an it looks like a frisbee! Besides I want to have some fun. I found a waffle that I like much better than eating……
