Knights in White Satin……
…….never reaching the end. Letters I’ve written……never meaning to send. Cause I’m playing at Bingo Knights! The handsome Knight hands me $25 and leads me to a world full of games to certainly please every gambler.
I was torn…….there was the Chocolate Room to play bingo. That was quite tempting! Chocolate and bingo….throw in a little popcorn with it and im in bingo heaven. As I’m about to enter, i roam around and find my other weakness…..Video Poker!
Poker or chocolate…….chocolate or poker? I decide on Video poker and make a mad dash to the machine! I start out playing nickel poker. With many different poker games to choose from i settle on Double Poker….that is a video poker delight!
Half way through my bankroll with no success, I up the ante to quarter! Two Aces…….all I’m asking for is two more. I hit the draw button……hold my breath and sigh. Not even three aces to humor me appears.
I did hit several jacks or better and two pairs. That kept me alive for awhile. The royal flush is the max credits at 4000. But as my luck would have it…..it just wasn’t happening today! Not even full house to tantalize me…or 3 of a kind. In 15 minutes flat I was done!
I spend the rest of the night in white satin………and climbed into bed with my puppy Hazel. She lapped me with kisses as if she knew…….no royals tonite for you!!!
