Compromise with Minnesota State Lottery Heads to House for Final Vote - Update
The House representatives agreed with their Senate counterparts in voting 126-2 for a bill to allow the Minnesota Lottery to sell lotto tickets online but bad the sale of them at gas pumps and ATMs.

The nearly unanimous decision was made quickly and reps feel that there must be some safeguards and regulations in place before allowing the lottery to expand.

In 2013, the Minnesota state lottery earned $135 million for environmental and various state programs.
