Here's how the Superbook works. Basically, these are offered in free 90 ball bingo rooms and are fairly cheap per ticket. You'll notice that the prizes are usually higher than what you'll find in other rooms. You could win as much as £400 or more for the Full House. The controversial aspect comes in when you realize that you've bought your tickets for a chance to win the big money yet you're playing amongst hundreds of free bingo players. Of course they will not win the higher prize money but you are competing against them to win thus lowering your winning odds. There could be as many as 600 or 700 roomies in the blink of an eye.
The most a free bingo player could win would be £1 or £2 for the Full House. Paying for your tickets and playing against those that haven't can be really frustrating. The Superbook players don't seem to win nearly as often as the free bingo players. It seems that the sheer number of players and the decrease in your odds of winning is discouraging for players considering getting in on Superbook games. You can't win them all but should these bingo sites mix free bingo with real money games?
The Superbook is a low cost way to play but in the end it doesn't seem worth it. After playing game after game, it may occur to you that you would have been better off paying a higher price for your tickets for a greater chance at securing a win.

I don't think I would enjoy the Superbook way of playing bingo very much as my bankroll can't support the higher cost especially when playing against others who aren't paying. I am sure this might be fine for folks who have more money to play with, or for times when you may have a nice bunch of bonus money that needs to...

And I am not sure how I would like playing this way even if I were playing for free. Now, in general, free is good and always a nice way to play. But if I were playing for free and hit the full house I'd probably be kicking myself for not playing with cash! I don't like to be put in situations where I have to feel bad about anything I've done to cause me to lose. I guess there are thousands of ways to play bingo that I have not been exposed to. I'm still not all that comfortable with 80 and 90 ball games, and they've been around awhile now at the sites I frequent. I would probably try out the new Superbook were it offered where I play. Maybe I'd find out it was more fun or more profitable, but really, when dealing with 600 players, it's not usually more fun, just more frustrating. At least, for me. Until I have more money to play around with, though, I don't think Superbook is my cup of tea.
