Finn the Leprechaun is Back in Finn's Golden Tavern and this Time He's Tipsy for Fun

Finn the leprechaun is a jolly good fellow who usually enjoys lazing away near his maze waiting for big wins and bonuses to crop up, but he’s grown tired of the same old scenery and has decided to ditch the lush green fields of the Emerald Isle for somewhere a bit more social - for the pub.

Swedish software developer, NetEnt, has extended their popular leprechaun series with Finn’s Golden Tavern, after the huge success of Finn and the Swirly Spin, both featuring the smash-hit spiral spin mechanic only the little guy is more magical than ever. Set within the stone walls of a popular drinking hole in Ireland is where you’ll find the red-haired leprechaun, generously offering up goodies to those who sit beside him. Thirsty for action? You’ve come to the right place, but before I dish the jackpot details, I should tell you something…

…Finn has even more bonus features under his hat than usual! The 5x5 grid video slot packs a punch with wilds, bonus spins, multipliers, coin wins, two randomly triggered bonuses and a big pot of gold (naturally), but you’re going to need more than banter to get your hands on the goodies.

“Following the global success of Finn and the Swirly Spin, the latest addition to the series is packed with even more player engaging, random features that capture the lively atmosphere of a traditional Irish tavern. With incredible graphics and an action-packed gameplay, Finn’s Golden Tavern offers a wildly entertaining experience for all player types,” said Bryan Upton, NetEnt Director of Games.

Ah-Mazing Setup

Finn goes all explorer in this new casino game, and I think it has something to do with all the alcohol he’s just consumed. The pub is weirdly shaped like a rocky pirate ship and the gaming area has been cleverly created to resemble a map and like all pirate maps, the x-marks the spot is sitting slap bang in the centre. Forget the map for a minute though while I explain how to win. Any horizontal or vertical line of three or more matching symbols will produce a win. The winning symbols will be removed from the maze structure with all remaining symbols flowing in the direction of the x-marks the spot. If more wins are found, the process continues – it’s a great bonus.

Now that’s out if the way, it’s time to talk bonuses. On any non-winning spin during the base game, the ‘fist slam’ could take place and results in a low paying symbol being swapped for its higher paying counterpart. The second random feature is the ‘random coin’ feature and this is similar to the previous feature only two coins can be chosen.

Bonus spins are granted when the treasure chest reaches the center of the map and during your free games, a winning multiplier meter will increase the value of your wins. It’s big fun but when and where can you play this latest sequel? The developer has only just released the casino game which means it may not be available straight away but keep an eye on your favorite online bingo websites for news of its launch.
