An announcement came this week from Lotto-Quebec subsidiary, Societe des loteries video du Quebec, stating that it has closed a deal with International Game Technology (IGT) which will supply it with 7,200 replacement video lottery terminals for the province's gaming outlets.
Back in 2009, Loto-Quebec received government approval to go on and replace its VLTs to update machines currently in use, a process which should start sometime in 2012.
