Landmark Bingo Review

Mar 13, 2012

When I want a bit of the big city I go to Landmark Bingo. With all the freebies they give away, it’s impossible to stay away.

I entered the Big Ben room. A game was already in progress so I had some time on my hands so I just sat there and waited. I took that time to focus my chi. Sales for the next game opened and I bought 31 cards. I honestly don’t even know how I ended up with 31 cards. I must have inadvertently clicked something as I was deciding how many to buy. I went with it though as maybe it was a sign of good luck. The Big Ben room always has a great deal on cards anyway and this time I got 12 free.

The prizes were pretty good at £11.73, £18.05 and finally £28.88 for the house. My only complaint is the caller’s voice. It’s boring and makes me want to slip off into a deep sleep. 60 calls and the game was finally over. Needless to say, I hadn’t won a thing nor come close to it. I guess the lucky 31 cards theory was out the window.

I thought about it and decided to play another game. This time I bought 59 cards with 22 free. I spotted another lucky charm with this game. I ended up with 81 cards total which was the year I was born. I just had to win this time! I needed 1 number for the double line prize in this game but it didn’t happen in time. I was miles away for the house too. Another theory out the window.

I’ve had better trips to the city but there’s something that draws me back. Maybe it’s the good prizes, friendly roomies or just the good Landmark Bingo reputation. One thing is for sure, I will visit again.
