Minnesota lawmakers have frowned upon the state lottery's launch of online offers without their permission; however they voted against a ban on Tuesday.
The lawmakers are still annoyed by the fact that they were not consulted by the lottery so this may not be the end of this issue.
The state lotteries director says he has acted within his rights and included the state governor during the process of developing the online lottery services.
