In his presentation at the Michigan Lottery's 40th birthday celebrations, the lottery Commissioner M. Scott Bowen announced that the lottery will start an online sales service of its most popular games, including Fantasy 5, Mega Millions, Powerball and Classic Lotto 47, in April 2013.
