New, Customer Friendly Site Released by Meccabingo.com

Based on the feedback received from an extensive customer research, Meccabingo.com has launched a new website, which is tailored according to players' needs, and enables them to use it more easily.

The research in question was conducted in order to reveal the precise expectations bingo players have from a bingo site, dedicating special attention to the design and usability. Having this in mind, Meccabingo.com created the new website with one purpose – to turn the brand into the home of online bingo.

Some of the customer-friendly features presented in this bright and colorful site include the live up-to-date bingo schedule, which will straight from the homepage direct a player to their favorite bingo games, at the click of a button.

Apart from this, there is a new “Clubs” section, in which players can find out the news from their local Mecca Bingo Club, as well as the improved community section, in which bingo players will be able to easily get together with their friends online whilst playing bingo.

According to Gaming Director for Meccabingo.com, Angus Nisbet, “The new site has been built with customer's needs at the forefront of our decisions; it's simple to use, easy to navigate and a lot more up-to-date than the old site. There are a number of other innovative additions coming soon, all designed to create a personalized experience for every single customer.”

One of the main goals of this site was to integrate the new design with the look and feel of the Mecca Bingo Clubs, and at the same time to improve the experience online for the Club customers.

"With 103 Mecca Bingo Clubs across the UK and a large online following, we have a huge customer base who wants the same experience whether they're playing in one of our Clubs or online. This is why it has been important for us to bring the site design in line with our Clubs and provide consistency and a bingo experience that they are familiar with,” added Nisbet.
