Playtech and SkillOnNet have deepened their long-running partnership through a new agreement that designates Playtech as SkillOnNet’s exclusive Bingo provider in both the UK and Mexico. This latest step formalises an expansion that brings several of SkillOnNet’s most recognisable brands onto Playtech’s updated Bingo platform while also introducing a brand-new addition to the market, Zingo Bingo.
New Platform Migration and Zingo Bingo’s Arrival
SkillOnNet has now completed the rollout of its Bingo offering using Playtech’s latest generation platform, a move described as a major development in the companies’ ongoing collaboration. The transition has allowed the newly introduced Zingo Bingo brand to make its first appearance in the UK, joining existing titles already active within the Playtech Bingo network. This places Zingo Bingo alongside established SkillOnNet-operated brands such as PlayOjo and PlayUZU, marking an expansion of the operator’s portfolio within the same ecosystem.
Both companies have emphasised that the integration underscores their commitment to evolving together technologically and commercially. The addition of SkillOnNet’s brands to Playtech’s Bingo system not only strengthens their relationship but also supports Playtech’s recognised leadership in B2B Bingo liquidity. At the same time, the migration forms part of SkillOnNet’s international growth ambitions, which include reinforcing visibility and performance in regulated markets.
By connecting directly to Playtech’s Bingo network, SkillOnNet receives access to shared liquidity options across multiple rooms, allowing a broader and more dynamic pool of participants. This also opens the door to enhanced player engagement tools and operational guidance from Playtech’s experienced Bingo Network Management team. With the rollout completed, the two businesses have already begun coordinating several upcoming promotional campaigns aimed at boosting liquidity, participation, and overall activity across their Bingo suite.
Strategic Validation from Both Sides of the Partnership
Playtech’s Chief Interactive Gaming Officer, Marat Koss, welcomed the expansion and highlighted what the migration of major SkillOnNet brands represents for the company’s broader Bingo strategy. “We’re pleased and excited to welcome SkillOnNet to the Playtech Bingo Network. Their decision to migrate their iconic brands like PlayOjo to our new next-gen iBingo platform is a strong validation of our technology and long-term Bingo strategy. We look forward to continuing our close collaboration with the SkillOnNet team as we build on our shared success and drive further growth across key markets.”
SkillOnNet also emphasised the importance of the partnership in supporting its roadmap, especially with the simultaneous arrival of its new Zingo Bingo offering. Malcolm Farrimond, representing SkillOnNet, said: “We are delighted to partner with Playtech Bingo as we bring PlayOjo, PlayUZU and our new Zingo Bingo brand to their platform. To mark the launch of the new PlayOjo bingo, we will produce a large scale ATL and digital marketing campaign, including strategic TV sponsorship deals. The strength of Playtech’s technology, combined with the scale of its Bingo network, makes them the ideal partner to support our growth. We’re confident this collaboration will deliver great value to our players and look forward to building a strong, long-term relationship.”
Across both source statements, the shared message reflects confidence in the upgraded technological foundation, the value of shared liquidity, and the importance of supporting engagement across their mutual player base. Playtech’s infrastructure and network scale serve as central pillars in the collaboration, while SkillOnNet leverages this to grow its footprint through both established brands and new market entries.
