Tickets were sold for $25 for pre-registered players and $30 for the players that paid on the day. All the bingo proceeds will be put toward the new Ronald McDonald Family Room.
The CEO of the Ronald McDonald House said that this new room is intended to be an extension of the house.
"The Family Room is an extension of the Ronald McDonald House, but it's actually inside the Hospital and will be right across from the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. It will be open 24 hours a day for families to get services at anytime," said Steve De Jesus.
There were twenty two games of bingo were played on Sunday. There were a variety of door prizes and the bingo winners were even given the opportunity to win a Coach handbag. The bingo event was projected to bring in between $15,000 and $20,000.
