The Daily Mirror is a popular newspaper in the UK with page after page of world-affairs as well as sporting news. The company behind the print and digital newspaper is Reach PLC and they’ve just announced their flagship bingo brand has migrated to new software.
Mirror Bingo launched back in 2008 on the Virtue Fusion (Cashcade and Playtech) software brand but it wasn’t all champagne and skittles for the company, what with running into hot water with more than just a few companies over the years. A breach of contractual obligation by the former affiliate programme, led to the brand being blacklisted, and not just on LBB either.
Will they manage to rekindle lost relationships with online bingo affiliates? Who knows, but it will be interesting to find out. As part of the new partnership with Jumpman Gaming, customers will be able to gain access to a wealth of new games – a games catalogue far greater than the previous one!
Read All About It
A variety of bingo games and hundreds of online casino games with a focus of low-stakes play will be offered (from the cosmic Starburst title to the jolly Rainbow Riches!), alongside progressive jackpots, free bingo and gamification tools such as loot boxes and trophies; this is where you can exchange any trophies you have for bonus spins! But we better not talk about the wagering requirement hey?
Reach head of betting and gaming Mark O'Donnell said: “Jumpman are a young, agile and very successful business in the gaming market, and their approach to player experience, enjoyment and loyalty really impressed us. We’re delighted to launch Mirror Bingo with them, and also bring back old favourites Star Wins and Express Wins. Just like the media brands, each has a distinct style and audience which means we can welcome players of ages and interests”
David Morris, network manager at Jumpman Gaming, added “We are absolutely delighted to be working with Reach, one of Britain’s biggest, most successful newspaper groups. Just like us, they are dynamic and seize new opportunities in a constantly moving environment and have the customer at the heart of everything they do.”
Reach PLC have an audience of more than 4million in both print and online and they are hoping to capitalise on their position in the media, to generate awareness of its relaunched products. Social media and gaming affiliate will play a major part in that. But will it be a case of once bitten twice shy for the affiliates?

So many different bingo sites on Jumpman now and they’re all the same. The only thing that separates them is the theme or log – every single game and bingo room is identical. Bit silly in my opinion. Once you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all.
