Where you're from also has much to do with whether men play bingo because it may not be socially acceptable. For example, there is a larger part of the male population playing bingo in the UK than there is in the USA. Some may say that is simply due to the fact that 90-ball bingo is much cooler than 75-ball bingo.
Maybe the lack of men playing bingo has something to do with the bingo industry as a whole. Let's take a look at a site like Fabulous Bingo. This is one bingo site that definitely targets a female market. The promotions include makeup and fashion. In fact, the Welcome Bonus promotion features a tube of lipstick and the Reload Bonus features mascara.
The recent Cheeky Bingo adverts included a range of cheeky moments geared toward women. Foxy Bingo is pink, pink and more pink but the suave mascot Foxy brings some masculinity to the site.
Maybe a series a promotions that would attract men would help to draw them in. How about a sports bingo room? The room could feature a variety of sports patterns for 75-ball bingo games and prizes could even include tickets to certain sporting events. I can't think of one man that wouldn't play bingo to win some football tickets. In fact, I know plenty of women that would hang out in that room too.
Who says bingo is just for the ladies? Men can do almost anything a woman can do and this includes bingo!

I've found an almost equal mix of male and female bingo players at most online US bingo sites. In fact some tend to lean more towards a male population. Then again, how do you know if the person with the masculine sounding name really is a male or a female, really? Here in Texas at the land based bingo games I've been...
I've found an almost equal mix of male and female bingo players at most online US bingo sites. In fact some tend to lean more towards a male population. Then again, how do you know if the person with the masculine sounding name really is a male or a female, really? Here in Texas at the land based bingo games I've been to there is also a pretty even mix of men and women playing and winning at bingo. I think many of the men may have had to have been coaxed into the game at some point in time but now have realized that there's no stigma to a man calling BINGO! In fact, it may prove to make them a more attractive catch for all the bingo ladies out there! There have been plenty of matches made in Bingo Heaven. Two lonely hearts meeting and getting to know each other over the din of the bingo hall. It's a perfect place to meet up with other lonely folks who obviously already share a good many interests just because they love to play bingo and they love to win. I would not mind whatever the theme at the bingo hall- bring on the sports, the swimsuit editions, the beer and bratwurst themes- come on in, guys, the water's just fine for all of us.
