Buffalo Studios was able to work it out but it's reasonable to believe that developing with tools that are platform agnostic works well compared to developing a native application. This specifically applies to the gaming industry but it could be beneficial to others.
SVP of Technology, Barry Sohl had this to say of Adobe's products, “We are basing all our current and future titles on Adobe Game Developer Tools. It's very cool to be able to simultaneously release all our platforms every week, which is extremely difficult for one team to do without Adobe AIR.”
