I’ve been very busy lately and as my friend would say “Uh – oh, poor you, you’re busy, busy, busy.” It actually made me think about some popular sayings and one really made me wonder – he actually reminded me about it – “Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans.” That’s a really good one. But I have also met people who like to look busy and their life goes to waste, but for real. Another saying popped up into my mind and it was “Doing nothing is better than being busy doing nothing.” Those people often lie to themselves and that prevents them from actually doing something good and useful.
For all busy people out there, there’s Busy Bingo just so that they could squeeze in a few games of bingo in their busy schedule.
Busy Bingo has two rooms available all the time. On this occasion, it wasn’t really difficult to make a decision where to play; I really wanted to enter the 80-ball bingo room. The first pattern I played was Cheese and then Full House – in the first part I had two cards with one number to go and in the second – three cards with two numbers to go. And that was my pattern today; as a game would progress I’d be further and further from a win. I tried to break the pattern by playing slots – “Chasin’ Treasure” and even though I got Bonus rounds and Free Spins often, my biggest winnings were in the base game. I actually managed to get my balance to £20 and I started playing the slot with £15. So, I can say that I was pretty happy about the outcome. I got back to the 80-ball room and I guess I broke the pattern, the number of tickets with one more to go reduced from 7 in an Any Line game to 1 in Any Three Lines, but in the last part I managed to be one to go winner and I won pathetic £0.33.
Well, as William Blake would say “The busy bee has no time for sorrow”, I have no time to cry over a bad game of bingo. Next time I’ll be back even stronger and scoop all the honey from this bee hive.
