Microgaming Unveils ‘Revamped’ Vampires and Its Fang-Tastic!

Can you believe Immortal Romance, one of the industry’s leading slot games was released back in December 2011? It’s been almost 9-years since we were introduced to Troy, Michael, Sarah and Amber and in all those years, it hasn’t managed to lose interest among slots aficionados.

Meet the Characters

Amber is a 34-year old pharmacist and a friend of the star of the slot – Sarah. If you thought being a 200-year old vampire was mad, wait…

…until you hear how old Michael is. Professor of genetics; Michael, is an 800-year old immortal who has been learning to keep his thirst for human blood under control. While researching molecular phylogenetics in order to cure his bloodlust, Michael meets Sarah and falls head over heels in love with her.

Sarah is a 37-year old human and a doctor of pathology and happens to stumble upon the fact that Michael is a vampire. He allows her to study his blood in order to get closer to her, but she soon finds herself on the edge of a scientific breakthrough and this could forsake their bond.

Each character has its own bonus spins element where additional wilds, multipliers and even rolling reels come into play.

Other than delightfully new graphics and a reinvented layout…

…everything the remains the same. One major drawback for me is the scrolling of the pay table. If you’re on desktop, the only way to view the pays, rules and symbols is to scroll and this automatically sees the menu fly off at a rate of knots!
