A complaint regarding an ad Jackpot Joy placed on an Internet site claims there is false advertising.
The displayed ad read, “Deposit £10 get £20 plus a guaranteed win up to £10,000!” and “Join now and we'll double your deposit”.
The advert did not make clear that a deposit was necessary and the Advertising Standards Authority agreed that the Internet ad was misleading.
ASA stated that the deposit requirement was placed in the terms and conditions and not the the advert. As a result it may not appear online again.

Tsk tsk you would think a casino would expect peeps to pick-up on any misleading ads, well anyone paying attention. Rule of thumb is check details twice then check them again ;)
