I'm big into Thai food but I have to admit I always push the peppers aside. I'm a wimp when it comes to heat. :-X

Hi Bingo Balls!
Some of us may look a bit like this theses days...
Yes, it's that time of year when the dreaded allergies ruin our lives. Here are a few Spring time tips courtesy of webmd.com.
With spring rains, there's more mold growth inside and outside your home. Flowers, trees, weeds, and grasses also begin to blossom. And spring cleaning will stir up dust mites throughout the house as well.
Keep Pollen Under Control
To tame pollen, wash bedding every week in hot water. Wash your hair and shower before going to bed, since pollen can accumulate in hair.
Clean Every Surface
Wear a mask and gloves when cleaning, vacuuming, or painting to limit dust and chemical exposure. Vacuum twice a week.
Wash Rugs
Limit throw rugs to reduce dust and mold. If you do have rugs, make sure they are washable.
Keep Indoor Air Clean
Keep windows closed to reduce pollen entering the house. Change filters in air conditioning units and vents frequently this time of year.
Consider Allergy Medicine
Talk to your doctor about a seasonal allergy drug that may be appropriate for your symptoms.
So guys and gals, take those allergy meds and follow theses tips so you can be free to Bingo Anywhere! ;)

Sneezing, coughing and congestion has been my life these last couple weeks. I never realized that the pollen lived in so many places like hair and sheets. I wash both regularly and it makes no difference. The best over the counter drug is Benedryl. Work wonders! You must suffer from allergies as well froggy?

Hmm, I have also noticed that I start to sneeze and my eyes get red a bit, and I have never had any problems with that before. Well, I guess it is never too late to develop an allergy. I have a few friends who have a really tough time in the allergy seasons (different allergies) and I know how that can be a pain in the ass.
The only thing I can think off is that you should clean the AC filters as often as you can :)

You must suffer from allergies as well froggy?
Yes! It's terrible.
I have never been one for allergies but as of late when I’m on my runs I get major sneezing fits! At times I almost think I’m going to pee my pants!
LOL I know exactly what you mean. They can be some forceful sneezes and coughs!
The only thing I can think off is that you should clean the AC filters as often as you can :)
That's a great idea too. The doctor said that those saline rinses are good for your sinuses too. I never tried it though.

Sometimes ya just need a cocktail!
Here's one of my favorites, the Mojito!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons (1 ounce) fresh lime juice
2 heaping teaspoons superfine sugar
1 cup crushed ice
12 fresh mint leaves, plus 5 small sprigs for garnish
1/4 cup (2 ounces) white rum
2 tablespoons (1 ounce) club soda
preparation
In 10-ounce glass (such as Collins or highball), stir together lime juice and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add 1/4 cup crushed ice. Rub mint leaves over rim of glass, then tear leaves in half and add to glass. Gently stir for 15 seconds, then add rum, remaining crushed ice, and club soda. Gently stir for 5 seconds, then tuck mint sprigs into top of glass and insert tall straw.

Hi Bingo Balls,
One thing that drives me crazy is seeing how quickly the stores move through the holidays and seasons. We're still in the heart of summer and they've moved on to fall and school supplies for the kiddies. Let's enjoy the present, right?
One thing that is a plus about this is that things are on sale and clearance. If you need a outdoor table, now's the time to grab it. If you need a few flowers or potted plants, now's the time to grab them. Practically anything associated with summer is discounted at this time of year. That's my tip of the week. Go out and get your summer goodies at a great price!
There's still Loadsa Bingo time in the summer sun left for bingo players so enjoy it!

Hi LBB'ers!
I don't know about you but I'm sick of winter weather and my skin is taking a beating. If you're lucky enough to live somewhere warm I envy you but for those of us stuck in freezing temperatures I thought I'd share a sugar scrub to get your legs looking smooth and hydrated.
Okay, so most ladies massage the mixture onto their legs, then shave, apply the mixture again and rinse but you can skip the shaving part just in case it irritates your skin.
Sugar scrub ingredients:
1 1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup oil - olive oil is nice
Squeeze in one lemon, lime or about three tablespoons of any citrus fruit
I wish you legs smooth as silk in the dead of winter!
