Waking up this morning and I am in rare form. It’s not too often I pull out the pots and pans for a nice breakfast. A cup of coffee and a granola bar is my typical breakfast. Today is different and I am hungry! I start on a nice omelet while the hash browns are cooking. There is one major upset to this breakfast…….no bacon!!!
