Yes, I’m gonna be a star. And a star I was at Bingo Flash. It has been a while since I won a nice bingo prize. Most likely because I get stuck on slots and don’t play bingo as often as I would like to. But tonight was different. I was in the mood to chat with roomies and kick back and watch the bingo balls. And to be honest I just had a feeling……..
Something told me to head for a bingo room because tonight was my night. I started out with a $20 bankroll. This was quarter bingo room, a step up from the usual five cent rooms I play. I purchased 12 cards and received 2 cards free. The first game I played was a tease, needing one number on 4 cards.
As I geared up for my second game, i purchased 12 more cards with a total of 14. There was 18 players in the room and I was a little worried about not playing more cards. But a feeling is a feeling and I knew it didn’t matter how many cards I was going to play…….i was destined to win!
The pattern was a car. The prize was a whooping $80.74. 2 of my cards turned yellow, meaning I had one to go to bingo. G46 and I26 would make me a winner. I chanted these two numbers as my palms began to sweat with each new number called. I knew there was going to be a bingo very soon with 50 numbers already called. I was surprised that no one had a bingo yet.
At the 52nd number drawn the caller says I26! I am jumping up and down and yelling Bingoooooo baby!!! I was pleading to the screen in front of me that there was no other winners so I could claim the prize all to myself, and I did! I felt like a bingo star and was long overdue. Of course true to my playing self, I stepped right on over to the slots. I will tell you what happens there in my next blog, I promise!
By the way the next time anyone wants to borrow my car….i will throw you my keys. I have to share my wealth and not what a better way to do it after winning on the car pattern.
