The acquisition of online bingo operator GameVillage Limited by Angel Crest Holdings founded by bingo industry veterans Avaneesh Shivananda and Ravi Raghav has been confirmed without disclosing the figures.
According to Angel Crest, Malta-based GameVillage will be the subject of a comprehensive revamp.
Powered by its own proprietary software, GameVillage operates on a stand-alone network and boasts 'many unique features' that makes it different from the competition in the market, the new owners claim.
“We feel GameVillage is the perfect brand for our expansion in the UK and for the new opportunities that come along with this acquisition,” said Raghav, who is also founder and m.d. of RASR Entertainment Ltd, parent group of operations like SparklingBingo, BingoMagix, GoldenHatBingo.com, BingoLegacy, OnlineGamesLounge and SlotsMagix.
