Fatman Scoop is an American hip-hop promoter and radio presenter who was famed for his chart-topping ‘Be Faithful’ track which went straight in at number one in the UK and Ireland back in 2003. The funky tune featuring Jay-Z, Queen Pen, The Beatnuts, BlackSheep and Faith Evans has been a favourite in clubs around the globe since its launch and now, Fatman Scoop is to perform in a UK bingo hall for the very first time!
Headlining for Bongo Bingo’s club night on Saturday 30th November is Fatman Scoop (aka Isaac Freeman III) and it’s set to be an evening to remember with plenty of loud music with bingo interludes. The venue has its own set of rules and ravers will need to abide by them if they want access to the dancefloor.
The Rules:
Can you believe there’s a set of rules for this new bingo concept? Before the games get underway, the company will make sure the gambling equipment is fully operational. An announcement will be made into which ticket is being played and how to win. A bingo book and pen will be given to all players who have purchased a ticket for the evening.
Just like a normal game of bingo, each number will be selected at random by a Random Number Generator (RNG); mark off the numbers that are called on your ticket to win. In each game of bingo, you have three chances to win. Your game consists of 6 houses, with three lines in each.
To make things even more fun, when you enter the premises, you’ll be presented with a free prize draw ticket – it’s a bit like BOGOF bingo. After each game of bingo, a raffle ticket is drawn and if you win, you’re invited onto the stage to answer a question – get it right to win the stated amount of money.
Musical Bingo:
The night in question will stay true to the rules of the game which combines traditional bingo games (90-ball) with live music, raves, dance-offs with off the wall prizes! You’re guaranteed to hear cheesy bangers play out over the speakers plus ballads, old school tunes, pop classics and golden oldies.
Tickets will cost £23 each and are available from bongosbingo.co.uk. Doors open at 6pm with the show scheduled to kick-off at 8pm. If you’re not a resident of Norfolk, you can still go! Simply purchase your tickets off the website and make your way to the bingo venue on the 30th November.

These evenings sound like fun but are very much aimed at the younger generation. Partying and bingo are something young people are likely to do, so I think I’ll stick to my much quieter and less complicated game of bingo.
