The live presenter will appear on screens in clubs and online via a video pop-up. Even if players close the video window, they’ll still hear the number calls and prize confirmations through the auto-caller.

- Club winners will receive instant payouts for prizes under £2,000; larger amounts will be issued via cheque.
- Online winners under £5,000 will have funds manually credited within 24 hours, subject to standard verification checks before withdrawal.
