The National Lottery has released a new bingo-themed scratchcard and it’s one that delivers bingo daubing fun in an instant. The new Bingo Millionaire will set players back £5 but there are six cards with eighteen chances to win across the ticket and playing is simple. Scratch the caller card first to reveal 40 numbers from 1 to 90, then scratch those numbers off the tickets in which they appear.
Based on the popular 90-ball bingo game means there are three chances to win on each card, only the prizes will increase from card 1 to card 6. The chance of winning a prize is 1 in 3.47 and there is a total of 11,863,560 scratchcards in circulation. Nobody has managed to win the top prize of £1,000,000 yet, but it’s new, so it shouldn’t be too long before the first winner comes forward.
How to Win
There could be as many as six winning prizes per ticket and these are awarded with any line; horizontal line of five numbers, any two-lines; two horizontal lines of 5 matching numbers and the full house; all 15 numbers marked off on a single card.

- Card 1:
- One-line: £5
- Two-lines: £10
- Full house: £20
- Card 2:
- One-line: £10
- Two-lines: £15
- Full house: £100
- Card 3:
- One-line: £20
- Two-lines: £50
- Full house: £500
- Card 4:

- Two-lines: £20
- Full house: £1000
- Card 5:
- One-line: £20
- Two-lines: £50
- Full house: £25,000
- Card 6:
- One-line: £5
- Two-lines: £100
- Full house: £1,000,000 and it’s all real money!
It’ll be All White on the Night:
Bingo Millionaire joins Bingo Doubler in the bingo-themed category; the £3 scratchcard with three top prizes of £300,000. The good news is that those three jackpot prizes are still up for grabs and this is despite being on the market for a while now.
Based on a 75-ball bingo game, each £3 ticket features four cards and four chances to win. Scratch the calling card panel and then the corresponding numbers to land a prize. Row, diagonal and four corner prizes are up for grabs; land four corners on card 4 to win the top prize of £300,000.
Check Your Chances
Did you know there’s a facility on the National Lottery website that allows you to check the remaining prizes of each scratchcard game? If you’re seeking to win the top prize of £7000 with the Blazin’ 7’s scratchcard, you’ll be disappointed to learn all top prizes have now been won. The £3 Cash Vault instant win game (the one I won £500 on) has seen all top prizes of £250,000 won – another to avoid.
You can check the full list of current scratchcard games, along with the price and number of top prizes remaining on the GameStore website.

I find scratchcard that cost more than £2 have entertainment value as it takes longer to reveal whether you’ve won or lost. Most I’ve ever won on an instant win is a couple of hundred pounds. I live in hope though.
