Intrastate gambling debuted
Officially, since January 4, 2012, the residents of German state Schleswig-Holstein can wager online through the new NorthWest Lotto website.
The lotto site is operated by North West of Schleswig-Holstein GmbH & Co KG, and the conditions that players need to fulfill in order to use the site include registration, age verification and residence in Schleswig-Holstein.
